This page will address some common questions regarding WITS pricing, present an example pricing model, and dispel a few "myths" we've heard regarding WITS pricing.
When estimating the cost of a WITS Implementation for your State, County, Court, or Provider Agency there are two primary factors that impact pricing:
1. The total number of providers that will access the system
2. The set of WITS Packages that will be used
An Example WITS System with Pricing
FEI has completed 17 WITS implementations across the US. The following pricing model has been refined and improved over the last 6 years to allow us to deliver very high quality software to members of the WCP at extremely competitive prices.

Would it be cheaper to build our own system?
I've heard that WITS will cost over $3 Million dollars!?
There is definitely some misinformation being circulated regarding the cost of WITS. We've never seen an implementation reach this number. Most WITS systems are implemented, hosted, and supported for the first year for under $1 million (including development). Subsequent years are usually less than $300k for hosting, support, and maintenance.
